Hello

Mission

At NEA School of Massage, our mission is to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become successful, compassionate massage therapists through hands-on learning and personalized instruction.

Why NEA?

Comprehensive Curriculum

Comprehensive Curriculum

Comprehensive Curriculum

Our comprehensive curriculum is designed to provide a well-rounded education that prepares you for all aspects of a successful massage therapy career. You’ll start with a solid foundation in anatomy and physiology, gaining a deep understanding of the human body’s structure and function. From there, you will dive into a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports massage, among others, to ensure you are skilled in multiple modalities.

In addition to the hands-on techniques, our program also emphasizes important topics like business management, which covers essential skills such as marketing, client management, and running a successful massage therapy practice. You’ll also learn about ethics, professionalism, and the legal and regulatory aspects of the field, preparing you to navigate the business side of massage therapy confidently.

Experiential Learning

Comprehensive Curriculum

Comprehensive Curriculum

At NEA School of Massage, we believe in learning through hands-on experience. From day one, you'll engage in practical training that allows you to develop your massage skills and build confidence. As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to work with real clients during clinicals, giving you the experience and expertise needed to excel in the field of massage therapy.

Expert Faculty

Comprehensive Curriculum

Small Class Sizes

With a degree in Education from Arkansas State University, I have developed a comprehensive program designed to meet the unique needs of each student. My experience in massage therapy, combined with a passion for teaching, drives me to share my knowledge with the next generation of practitioners. At NEA School of Massage, you will learn directly from me, ensuring you receive the best education and hands-on experience to succeed in the field.

Small Class Sizes

Cohort Versus Rolling Enrollment

Small Class Sizes

At NEA School of Massage, we believe that small class sizes are essential to providing a personalized and effective learning experience. With fewer students in each class, you’ll benefit from:

  • Individualized Attention: Smaller classes allow for more one-on-one interaction with instructors. This means you can ask questions, receive immediate feedback, and get the guidance you need to master massage techniques.

  • Enhanced Skill Development: With more hands-on practice opportunities and direct supervision, students can refine their skills in a supportive and focused environment.

  • Stronger Connections: Small class sizes foster a close-knit learning community where students can collaborate, share experiences, and build relationships with their peers and instructors.

  • Faster Progress: With the increased attention from instructors and more opportunities to practice, students often make faster progress in mastering techniques and concepts.

  • A Comfortable Learning Environment: Smaller classes promote a less intimidating atmosphere where students feel more comfortable participating, learning, and growing at their own pace.

By keeping class sizes small, we ensure that every student receives the best possible education and is fully prepared for a successful career in massage therapy.

Career Opportunities

Cohort Versus Rolling Enrollment

Cohort Versus Rolling Enrollment

Massage therapy is a rapidly growing field, offering a wide range of career opportunities in various settings such as spas, wellness centers, hospitals, sports facilities, and private practice. At NEA School of Massage, we are committed to helping you navigate your career path. Our career services team works closely with students to provide personalized support, including job search assistance, resume building, interview preparation, and networking opportunities.

With our guidance and resources, you'll feel confident as you take the next step into your rewarding massage therapy career.

Cohort Versus Rolling Enrollment

Cohort Versus Rolling Enrollment

Cohort Versus Rolling Enrollment

At NEA School of Massage, you'll be part of a supportive community of students and faculty who share your passion for massage therapy.

  1. Structured Learning Experience: In a cohort-based program, students start and progress through the program together, creating a more cohesive and structured learning experience. This promotes a sense of community and collaboration, as students can learn from one another and share experiences in a supportive environment.

  2. Consistent Peer Support: With a fixed group of classmates, students can build strong relationships, providing mutual support, study groups, and networking opportunities. This can enhance motivation and accountability, helping everyone stay on track with the curriculum.

  3. Focused Curriculum Pace: The pace of the curriculum in a cohort program is typically set for the entire group, ensuring that all students are moving through the material at the same rate. This consistency allows instructors to tailor lessons to the group’s progress, providing more effective and focused teaching.

  4. Improved Cohesion with Instructors: Because the students move through the program together, instructors can develop stronger relationships with the group, making it easier to address individual needs, monitor progress, and offer more personalized feedback over time.

  5. Better Networking and Long-term Connections: Since the cohort progresses together, students can form long-lasting connections with their peers, which can be beneficial not just during the program, but throughout their professional careers as well.
